It gives us great
pleasure to introduce the phenomenal new life-style home-cinema speaker concept.
From a high-end company comes a realistically priced speaker system for flat
screen televisions and monitors.
Minimalist in the extreme, no visible
wires no speakers on the floor, and with a dynamic performance with the bass
performance
to match - you will not need a sub-woofer.
The system is based on acoustic
nozzle technology, developed by Haliaetus technologies in conjunction with the
European Space Agency, which technology creates an
effective size of speaker enclosures which are much greater than their actual
size.
The standard Winglet is a passive system for those who wish to use their own amplification, whereas the Winglet A is active, with the attachment of an amplifier to the top, with the same depth as the Winglet itself, about 5.25 inches
In concept, the Winglet has acoustic nozzles, permitting the movement of air between the interior and the exterior of the speakers, giving a similar effect to that of a bass reflex enclosure, but one of a much greater dimension. Secondly, there is an acrylic spacializer, featuring wrap around ends, so that the sound is not pushed straight towards the audience, but creates waves to produce a surround sound effect.
The Winglet is easy to install, with just 2 brackets and 2 screws, and the A series offers 140 Watts of amplification.
